WEF 2027 Davos transportation: frequently asked questions
When is the World Economic Forum 2027 in Davos?
The WEF Annual Meeting 2027 takes place from 18 to 22 January 2027 in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland. Many guests arrive on the weekend before, so we recommend booking your vehicle from your arrival day until your departure.
How do I get from Zurich Airport to Davos during WEF?
The drive from Zurich Airport to Davos is about 150 km and usually takes 2 to 2.5 hours. During WEF week, traffic and security checks can add time. A pre-booked chauffeur meets you at arrivals and drives you directly to your hotel.
What is included in the daily rate?
The daily rate includes the driver for up to 10 hours per day, all kilometres, the driver’s overnight accommodation, driver and vehicle accreditation (driver badge and car sticker), as well as water, Wi-Fi and charging cables in the vehicle.
Can I book a limousine at disposal or on standby for the whole week?
Yes. You can book a chauffeur and vehicle on a daily basis, at disposal or on standby, for one day or the entire Annual Meeting week.
Which vehicles are available for WEF 2027?
We offer Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedans and V-Class vans. The S-Class and GLE SUV are already fully booked for WEF 2027.
How early should I book?
As early as possible. Accredited vehicles and drivers in Davos are limited during the Annual Meeting and the most requested categories sell out months in advance. Book by 15 November 2026 to save 10% on WEF 2027 daily bookings. Daily bookings for WEF 2027 are available until 31 December 2026.
